Amazing...

It's amazing how fast these plants are growing - my green bean bushes will be blooming soon - then, yep... fresh green beans! Squash plants have new leaves too! New plants in today include a crawling rosemary, cilantro (ok my co-worker Jim seems confident that it will grow in the spring...so we'll give it a try). My baby swiss chard got stepped on, but I can't complain - Charles was putting in the final pavers and there was no way around it (and it wouldn't dare complain - too much). I also strayed away from "edible" with some dwarf crepe myrtles, Esperanza and purple sage. Decided to put the Meyer lemon trees in pots so they can spend the winter on the porch... Whew... a lot done, and feeling "accomplished"!
